PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A home for a young family - parents and two children.
The master plan of the site assumes the location of the volume of the house, as well as the location of the sauna building with a guest room.
The morphology of a house is built around a courtyard - a communication hub for all residents of the house. In the corner of the patio, in the break in the main volume, there is a barbecue area with its own terrace.
This arrangement allows you to see children playing in the yard from almost anywhere in the house.
The sleeping block is located in a separate independent area. This allows you to maximally separate recreation areas from all noisy processes.
